Of the 14,042 people living in Dumas in 2020, 47.5 percent (6,670) were women and 52.5 percent (7,372) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Panhandle Times.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 346. In the 65 and over age range, there were 906 females and 666 males.
