Hedley ISD issued the following announcement.
Clarendon Family Medical Center will be coming to Hedley ISD on Thursday, October 1, 2020, to administer flu shots to students and staff.
There are consent forms to be filled out in the office and a form was sent home with all students.
These consent forms MUST BE FILLED OUT COMPLETELY and returned to the main office by September 28, 2020.
If you do not have insurance, the cost will be $40.00 per child and will be due at the time of service.
Please call Clarendon Family Medical Center with any questions regarding the flu shot.
