Farwell ISD issued the following announcement.
Kadey Urbantke placed 5th at the Regional Cross Country Meet and has qualified for the State Meet to be held on Tuesday, November 24 in Round Rock. The team finished in an impressive 6th place. At District the HS girls' team won 1st place with all 7 runners finishing in the top 16. Winning 1st place at District were Kadey Urbantke and Ramon Silva! Others finishing in the top were Kennedi Richey (5th), Zavayia Benoit (7th), and Bryanno Olmos (8th)!
The JH Cross Country won District with a perfect score of 15! WOW!! All 10 runners competing placed in the top 11! The JH boys had 3 in the top 10! Way to represent!
