City of Silverton issued the following announcement.
The objective of this Open House is to educate attendees about House Bill 2001 which was passed by the Oregon Legislature and requires Silverton to allow duplexes on every lot or parcel zoned for single-family residential development. In addition, attendees will be asked to provide input on development code concepts for duplexes.
