There were 402 white students enrolled in Plemons-Stinnett-Phillips CISD schools in the 2022-23 school year, 7.8% less than the previous year, according to the Texas Education Agency.

Data showed that Plemons-Stinnett-Phillips CISD schools welcomed 573 students during the 2022-23 school year. Among them, white students comprised 70.2% of the student body to be one of the most represented ethnicities in the district.

Plemons-Stinnett-Phillips CISD roughly covers schools within Hutchinson County and has a main office in Stinnett.

Among the two schools in Plemons-Stinnett-Phillips CISD schools, West Texas High School recorded the highest enrollment of white students in the 2022-23 school year, with a total of 221 students.
