On Sunday, April 13, former Dimmitt High School standout Julius Carpio’s current college team, the West Texas A&M Buffaloes, lost 23-4 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Angelo State Rams.

The game took place at Wilder Park. This was their fourth matchup against the Rams this season.

The Buffaloes’ next game is scheduled for Thursday, April 17 at 2 p.m. at Jorge Haynes Field against Texas A&M International Dustdevils.
