NTHS honors the achievements of top CTE students, provides scholarships to support the pursuit of their career path, and cultivates excellence in today’s highly competitive, skilled workforce. For over 35 years, NTHS has been the leader in the recognition of outstanding student achievement in career and technical education.
The Jon H. Poteat scholarship, named in honor and memory of the co-founder of the Society, is awarded annually to NTHS members who consistently exemplify the seven character attributes of the National Technical Honor Society – Skill, Honesty, Service, Responsibility, Scholarship, Citizenship, and Leadership.
We are pleased to award a $1,000 Jon H. Poteat Scholarship to Analyssa Cavazos!
